We are pleased to announce a Planning Application has been submitted for our proposals for a new development in Craigtoun, St Andrews.

Fife Council is currently running a consultation and we are asking for your support to help make our vision a reality.

By submitting a letter of support on Fife Council’s Planning Portal you can make sure your voice is heard.

Our proposal includes:

Creation of 170 new jobs for local people, plus additional employment opportunities during construction and across the supply chain.
A significant economic boost to Craigtoun and the surrounding areas.
Increased choice and extended trading hours, bringing more variety and better services to the community.
New business starter units, offices, retail spaces, and a café/restaurant, supporting the growth of local enterprises.
